I’m Natalie. Founder of All You Artistry (formerly Grace and Beauty co.) I am a proud Vancouverite and wouldn’t have it any other way!
​ My journey into the beauty industry began with a love for all things makeup, specifically shopping at Sephora. This passion grew into a desire to expand my knowledge of the beauty industry and later become a freelance artist.
Although I am for the most part self-taught, I have taken several classes, tutorials, workshops and courses for structure and to expand my knowledge. This allows for a personalized and unique approach with all of my clients.
From Hobbyist to an in demand make up stylist, my motivations now are to empower and enrich the lives of every person who sits in my chair, no matter the occasion. I may be the artist, but the vision is All You.

I started my makeup and hair career in theatre, film and television, however I have a passion for the wedding industry. I've been in the hair and makeup industry for almost two decades and have worked in local as well as international destination weddings in the USA, UK, Europe and New Zealand. I love working with all ethnicities and keeping informed on all the latest hair and makeup trends.
I aspire to make every person feel beautiful and confident!

Hello, I'm Michelle!
Beauty industry + administrative support, that's me! I started both of my careers in the beauty industry and in administration in 2014. I worked as a makeup artist while working part time as an administrative assistant. For the next 5 years I did both jobs, but ultimately decided to follow the path that I loved more - administration! Need scheduling assistance? I'm your girl. E-mail correspondence? I've got you. Invoicing? No problem. My passion is creating functional and fun work environments.
